Directions for use
Traditional cooking: make the content of the bag brown with a spoon of oil; add a glass of white wine. Add ¾ liter of warm water, stir with a wooden spoon and cook for 15 to 17 minutes approximately.
Cooking in a pressure cooker: pour the content of the bag in half a liter of cold water. Cook 8 minutes from the whistle.
Cooking in the microwave oven: pour the content of the bag in 620 ml of cold water in an open container. Cook 15 minutes at 660W.
For a more creamy risotto, bind with butter and Parmesan cheese at the end of cooking.
