Moisturizing firming body cream

Gently rub the Nohèm firming organic body cream in on the entire body and knead with both hands to help work into the skin.
To do this, take a fold of skin into both hands and firmly knead in an S, covering the entire area in this manner.
Finish with upward effleurage strokes.

Nourishing milky body scrub
Apply the Nohèm organic body scrub over slightly dampened skin on the body with small, circular movements while massaging.
Work more deeply into the roughest parts of the body (elbows, knees, feet).
Add water for a milky texture.
Rinse.
