This premium organic balsamic vinegar can be used to deglaze a meat and season a sweet-savory sauce or a salad dressing. On the sweet side, add the vinegar to a red fruit coulis (fruit puree) and pour a few drops for decoration of the plate.
Our advice: pour over a bowl of fresh strawberries. Very simple and delicious.
