Hairloss natural treatments

HAIR TIPS

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR loss ?

  • Space out shampoos, every three days at most, using natural & ultra-gentle shampoos without occlusive silicones that suffocate the scalp.
  • Use specific treatments to revitalise the scalp: everything is about the hair bulb, which needs to be pampered more than ever with good oxygenation and good microcirculation of the scalp.
  • A good massage (30 to 45 seconds) by lifting the skin of the skull with the fingertips remains the most effective way to eliminate toxins from the scalp - and the stress that often contributes to hair loss!

THE DONT'S

  • Don't torture the hair that is always there! Brushing it too hard or tying it up too often can break it. Instead, use a soft bristle brush that is harmless to the hair, starting by detangling the ends and working your way up to the roots.
Also beware of densifying powders that are supposed to camouflage incipient baldness quickly and effectively: the risk is to suffocate the scalp and intoxicate it with undesirable chemical substances, with the long-term consequence of worsening hair loss!
  • Don't feel bad about it: gentlemen, male alopecia affects almost one man in two and is linked to male hormones (androgens push the hair to renew itself more often than necessary until the bulb is exhausted). It is therefore a sign that your hormonal system is running at full speed and that your masculinity is being expressed. Accepting this is the best way to avoid the stress that can aggravate the fall (for other reasons)!
And why not play it up and make it a seductive asset? A hairdresser will know how to take advantage of it...
  • Like chronic fatigue, diffuse alopecia in women is often a consequence of iron deficiency (caused by heavy periods, multiple pregnancies, etc.). A specific diet is to be favoured: red meat (black pudding, liver, lamb), fish and seafood, eggs, dried and green vegetables, algae... and (dark) chocolate! But it is possible that the cause of androgenetic alopecia is something else, so do not hesitate to consult your dermatologist.
Be careful not to confuse the more abundant hair loss at the change of season (this is normal!) with a real problem of female baldness.

THE WOW FACTOR

A beautiful head of hair is also maintained from the inside: Favour foods rich in iron, vitamin B, fruits and vegetables.
