Prepare your skin
Preparing your skin well helps reduce its sensitivity to the sun, thus reducing the risk of small pimples, itching or redness. It is important to moisturize daily to promote the reconstruction of the protective film of the skin if possible with a treatment but also make-up rich in beta-carotene to protect the cells against the nasty free radicals of UV rays.

Boost your melanin
Activating the production of melanin helps protect the skin against the aggressions of the sun. This way, you will avoid sunburn and promote tanning. The good reflex is to act "in & out" with suitable food supplements - for optimal results, start the treatment 15 days before the first exposure to the sun and a facial treatment rich in beta-carotene.

Choose suitable sun protection
Protect your skin from the first exposure to the sun in order to gradually reaccustom it to the sun without rushing it. Avoid the sun between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. and also remember to bring a hat. For the most fragile skin that still wants to look good, don't hesitate to cheat with self-tanner... without forgetting sunscreen!
