Matt & Nat is a vegan handbags line designed in Montreal, Canada since 1995, that is completely cruelty-free.
Inspired by everyday life, architecture and graphics, Matt & Nat aims at creating beautiful things that have a positive impact. Following this philosophy, the vegan brand puts a strong emphasis on environmental awareness : linings inside Matt & Nat products are always made out of 100% recycled plastic bottles. Introduced in 2011, the use of cork, a renewable resource, for the labels inside the bags is another great sustainable feature of Matt & Nat designs.

Découvrez et adoptez la marque de maroquinerie et d’accessoires vegan Matt & Nat, créée à Montréal en 1995 par Inder Bendi. Végétarien passionné par la mode et le design mais également très sensible aux questions environnementales, il souhaitait explorer la dualité entre le matériel (Matt) et la nature (Nat). Le créateur originaire du Penjab propose alors des accessoires et des produits de maroquinerie avec l’objectif de n’utiliser aucun produit d'origine animal. |

| L’approche environnementale de la marque vegan de maroquinerie Matt & Nat va au-delà de la défense des droits animaliers. Plusieurs types de matériaux écologiques sont utilisés pour réaliser les sacs, pochettes et portefeuilles Matt & Nat, comme des matières recyclées ou synthétiques, dénuées de composants toxiques, et même naturelles comme le liège. Enfin, toutes les doublures des sacs sont fabriquées à partir de bouteilles d'eau en plastique recyclé. Un message à l'intérieur de chaque sac permet de savoir exactement combien de bouteilles ont été recyclées pour produire l’accessoire. |
