The RMS skin-perfecting, ultra-fine, light-reflecting formula has a silky texture that won’t cake or settle into fine lines, providing the perfect finishing touch.
Hydra Setting Powder is powered by an innovative complex of plant-derived actives in 100% vegetable capsules, allowing for moisturizing benefits in a powder, and skin-loving clean ingredients with balancing and antioxidant properties to defend against environmental stressors.
The custom RMS stamped sifter and lid that separately holds the included cotton puff and dispenses the perfect amount of powder every time.
