  • How to order


1 : Select your favorite items
On each product page: choose quantity (and size if necessary) and click on « Add to basket ».
In the pop up window, click on "view my basket" to check out or click on "Continue shopping" to browse other products.

2 : Basket
Check the contents of your basket, choose a shipping option (standard or express service) and read and accept our Terms and Conditions.
Then click on  « Check out ».

3 : Register or Log in
If you are already a customer, enter your email address and password to log in. If you don't remember it, click on "Forgot your password" to receive it by email.
If it is your first order, click on Register and enter all information needed carefully. Then click on submit.

4 : Check out
You can now use your promotional code and proceed to payment.
Once paid you will receive an invoice by email.

  • Order tracking

Your order list
Once confirmed, paid or not, you can find your order list on My account page .

For each order you can see the content, the amount, and the status (dispatched, delivered, etc.). You may also pay online any order confirmed and not paid yet.

Order tracking
As soon as the order is described as dispatched in the order list or when you have received the shipping confirmation email, you can track your order online for standard delivery service, or directly on the carrier website for other delivery options.

If you haven't received your order
If you haven't received your order within the forecasted delivery time, check the delivery address you entered, get in touch with your post office or the carrier,  check your spam box that may contain a message from us, or contact our Customer Service .

  • Delivery time and cost


Delivery cost
Delivrey cost is calculated according to your shipping option, your delivery country and the weight of your order.
Check the delivery information page.

Delivery time
All items available on ecocentric.fr are in stock, so from Monday to Friday, every order is dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery time therefore includes processing, dispatch and our carrier delivery time.

France :

Standard Colissimo 3 to 5 working days
Express Chronopost 2 to 3 working days

 

International delivery :

Delivery service Carrier Delivery time
Standard Colissimo 5 to 7 working days
Express Chronopost or UPS 2 to 3 working days

 

In the case of a lack of availability of a product ordered because of wrong stock information, our customer service will ge in touch with you to find the best solution for you.

Delivery countries
Ecocentric delivers in EU countries and neighboors (Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein). Some brands or products might not be available to some countries according to distribution agreement.

  • Payment

You can choose between different means of payment:

- By immediate online credit card (Blue Card, Visa, Eurocard/MasterCard, American Express) payment, except server unavailability.

For orders with Delivery outside France, only PayPal payment is available.

- By check issued by a French financial institution.

In this case, please make a check out to Ecocentric and precise the order number of the back of the check. The Purchaser must send the check by mail to the following address :

Ecocentric will not send the products earlier than 5 working days after cashing the check, subject to sufficient funds

You may cancel your order anytime before sending the check by sending an email to Ecocentric Customer Service specifying the order number.

- By bank transfer.

In this case, please mention the order number in the bank transfer details. The Products will be sent as soon as bank transfer reception.

  • Secure online Payment

 

 Ecocentric opted for 3DS technology : the highest security against fraud. For every card issued since late 2008, you have to enter, in addition to usual data, your date of birth or a secret code sent by text message (depending on your bank).

Moreover, all the data you enter is immediately encrypted (SSL mode) on BNP PARIBAS Bank secure payment server. At no time, payment data pass on Ecocentric computer system.

  • Returns

About gift or personnal purchase, everyone can make a mistake. On ecocentric.fr, exchange or return your order easily.

We accept the return of every item purchased on ecocentric.fr if we receive it back within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. To get your money back as quickly as possible, be sure to return the items as soon as you decided not to keep them . Shipping costs are at your expenses

Here are the return instructions :

Before returning any product, the Purchaser must first get in touch with Ecocentric Customer Service to get a return authorization number.

The products must imperatively be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, unused or open, pump not primed, etc.), duly sealed, and accompanied by the return number.
Therefore any unsealed product cannot be returned, by extension no return is possible on make-up products, including nail polishes, for which the sale is final.

The Products must be returned in their packaging and in perfect condition to the following address:

No returned parcel will be accepted in case of a lack of return authorization number or if shipping cost have not been paid.

In case of non compliance with the return procedure and the deadlines specified in Article 6 above, the Purchaser can’t claim for non compliance or visible defect of the Products delivered.  The Products are then deemed to be free of any visible defect and compliant.

If you have checked "Receive our partners special offers" box, you may receive offers via an emails sent by us : our partners have no access to your information.

The Website may use some cookies. A cookie is an electronic file, stored on the hard disk of the computer of the User. It aims to report an earlier visit by the User on the Website. The only purpose of these cookies potentially used by Ecocentric is the customization of the services offered to the User. 

Some pages of the Website may contain web tags which can count the number of visitors to this page. These web tags may be used with some of our partners, particularly to measure and improve the effectiveness of some advertising.

In any case, the information collected through these tags are strictly anonymous and are only used to get traffic statistics to better serve the Website users.

  • Free samples

You can choose free samples with your order.

The list of available samples and their choice is made on the Basket page, by clicking on “Choose my samples”.

In accordance with the legislation (article L. 541-15-10 of the environmental code), no sample will be attached to your order if you do not choose one from the list of samples to choose from.
