Soothe-Sayer Bi-phase Scalp Treatment by Intelligent Nutrients is a two-phase serum for dry, irritated and flaky scalps designed to soothe and reduce dryness, dandruff and itchy scalp.

Formulated with Intelli-Seed™ complex, I-N intense scalp treatment provides deep hydration while restoring the protective barrier to lastingly strengthen and calm the scalp to eliminate itching, dryness and dandruff.

To bring dull, dry hair back to life, this dual-phase scalp serum is also enriched with plant-based amino acids and natural caffeine which stimulate and strengthen the bulb to provide a feeling of suppleness and lightness to the hair.
