Cuir de Russie opens with a fresh and subtly soapy brightness created by lemon, lime, petitgrain and aldehydes. The effect is elegant and refined, illuminating the leathery structure with an airy sensation of cleanliness.

At the heart, violet leaves and violet reveal a velvety softness enhanced by cedarwood, styrax and a touch of ylang-ylang that brings warmth and floral texture. The violet feels smooth, tender and delicately powdery, never overly vintage or heavy.

The dry-down unfolds into leather, cade wood, patchouli, oakmoss, labdanum and sandalwood, creating a woody and comforting trail. Smooth rather than harsh, the leather evokes old books, polished wood and supple suede with understated sophistication.
