How to use Omum The Firmness Coach Body Firming Cream

Apply morning and evening to slackened areas. Heat a generous dollop of firming body cream between the palms of your hand then perform a 2-minute massage on each area to be treated (effectiveness visible from 20 days).

The chest: massage in a circular manner and with gentle movements. If breastfeeding, be sure to clean the nipples before feeding.
