How to use the Oryza Lab Body Toning Brush

On dry skin, make gentle, circular then linear movements, always starting from the bottom up. Finish the movements towards the lymphatic cisterns (the hollow of the elbow, knee and armpit).

On the stomach, make toning circular movements around your navel in a clockwise direction.
