What is YUZU ?

Yuzu is a citrus fruit resulting from the hybridization of an ichang papeda lemon and a bitter mandarin. If today it is an essential part of gastronomic tables, you should know that it has been so for almost 1300 years and it is to the Tang dynasty (618-907) that we owe its importation to Japan, today the leading producer.
