How to use Elysian Strobelighter by Manasi 7

Elysian Strobelighter goes on beautifully when applied with the fingers, especially gently dabbed on the skin. Use the warmth of your skin´s fingertips and apply the formula on cheekbones, bridge of your nose or other desired areas of your face with your fingertips and blend into skin.

You can also use a foundation brush to apply your Strobelighter.
