How to use the Minimaliste LED Face Mask

For best results, use the mask on thoroughly cleansed, dry skin, without applying toner, serum, oil or moisturiser beforehand. Position the mask over your face and adjust the strap at the back of your head for a comfortable fit.

Select your preferred mode using the remote control and leave the mask on for 10 to 20 minutes. For an intensive course, use 3 to 4 times a week. Once your session is complete, follow with your usual serum and skincare products: your skincare routine comes after LED light therapy, rather than before it.

The first improvements in radiance and overall skin tone are generally noticeable after 2 to 3 weeks of consistent use. Results relating to the appearance of fine lines and firmness develop progressively and become more noticeable after 6 to 8 weeks. Consistency is key to getting the most from your LED light therapy routine.

The LED Face Mask is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding and is contraindicated in certain situations, including heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, melanoma or skin cancer.
