Apply Evolve Firming Body Oil after bathing or showering on clean, damp skin to maximize its effectiveness.

Start with the feet and massage the oil into the skin before moving up each leg.

Massage around the stomach area using gentle clockwise motions, then move on to applying Evolve Firming Body Oil to each hand, arms and elbows, before moving back up to the shoulders.
