Berbera eau de parfum by Maison Nissaba is a woody amber incense that highlights the Horn of Africa through its emblematic ingredients: incense, myrrh and opoponax gum.
Berbera is the main port of Somaliland, dependent on the Somali desert to the outside world. It is a place filled with two primary colors: the deep blue of the ocean and the sandy tones of the incessant winds and storms that blow across the land. The entire harvest of these gums takes place in the port town of Berbera, from where they leave for extraction, then finally reach the laboratories of the major perfume houses, in Paris, Grasse or New York.
