How to apply ILIA Liquid Powder Chromatic Eye Tint

Swipe it on and blend it out for a wash of color. 

Tip: Quick-dry formula. Best to apply to one eye at a time, working quickly to blend out before it sets.

Be careful to take the applicator out vertically, without bending or twisting it, so as not to break it.
