How to use Lily Lolo's eye pencil

• Create a thick or thin line across the upper lash line and extend outwards making it thicker at the outer corner.
• Apply along the lower lash line to frame the eyes.
• Use in the upper and lower waterlines for added definition. 
• Using the Smudge Brush, smudge the eyeliner on the lash lines for a more smoky dramatic effect.
