The Manasi 7 Eye and Lip Definer pencil formula combines organic vegetable waxes and oils with pure mineral pigments for intense color and moisturizing benefits. Its silky texture glides on the skin for smooth application and effortless make-up.

The Eye and Lip Definer makeup pencil is available in 9 matte shades to wear alone or combined with an All Over Color or any other Manasi 7 product.

How to use Nocturne Eye and Lip Definer by Manasi 7

For eyes:

Apply the Eye and Lip Definer to your lower and/or upper lashes after applying the eyeshadow of your choice.

Or use Nocturne all over the eyelid as a metallic eyeshadow or softly define closest to your lash line.

Tip: Manasi 7 eye and lip pencil can be used as an eyeliner pencil by tracing dots or dashes along your lower or upper lash line. Connect the dots to create a continuous line.

Blend eyeliner with a cotton swab or blending brush for less sharpness and a softer look to your eyes.

For the lips:

Apply the pencil to define the contour and shape of your lips. Use alone or with All Over Colour to intensify the color or All Over Shine for a brighter effect.

You can use your finger for an even application or a brush to highlight the shape of your lip contour. Do not hesitate to take a cotton swab to remove excess product around your lips.
