How to use Absolution body brush

The first few times, it is recommended to proceed lightly to let the skin get used to it.

Always brush from bottom to top, before showering or bathing.

Start with the feet then go up along the legs by making circles around the knees and groin, up to the top of the thighs.

Continue on the arms by making circles on the shoulders, then the back and the buttocks.
Then make circles on the belly and the chest and finish with downward movements on the neck and the bust in the direction of the heart.
