Frequency

- For a cure treatment spread 5 nights of treatment in a month (one treatment every 5/6 nights)

Directions for use

A one night treatment requires 2 natural detox patches, 1 for each foot:

1. Remove the film on the back of the adhesive pad

2. Remove the patch's protective plactic sachet

3. Place the patch, printed side down, in the center of the adhesive side of the pad - so that the porous and white side of the patch is in contact with the foot

4. Stick a patch on the sole of each foot before going to bed

5. In the morning, remove the patches and wash feet.

Tip: To enhance the effectiveness of patches, you can use thin socks for the first night.
